Note Taker HD Privacy Policy
Software Garden, Inc. ("Software Garden") takes your privacy seriously.
By using our apps you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.
The apps and the accompanying web sites may contain links to other sites or products. Software Garden is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of other companies. When following the link to another company's site or using their products, you should read that company's privacy policy.
What information do we collect?
If you visit our web sites using a browser, or the Help system of some of our apps, the record of that visit may be retained in a log file. (The Note Taker HD app does not load its main help from a web site; the help text is already shipped in the product.)
Information we do not collect
Software Garden does not collect any personal information in the Note Taker HD app to which it has access. (For example, a photo you take and add to a page may have identifying information, but that information is not sent to Software Garden.) Software Garden does not have access to content you create, import, or edit in Note Taker HD.
Sending information
If you send the output or other information from Note Taker HD through email, "Open In", "iTunes File Sharing", iCloud, printing, or similar methods, Software Garden has no control over how that information will be used. The information will not be sent to Software Garden unless you explicitly send it there.
Email Communications
If Software Garden receives an email from you, or a communication via telephone, Skype, or a social network such as Twitter, it may use that information in its normal course of business.
Information relating to children
The Note Taker HD app is not "directed to children" under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 13.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy for the Note Taker HD app from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use information, we will update this page. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they use the product or web site after such changes have been first posted.
